1. Introduction
Vertical Hydro Farms provides a limited voluntary warranty for eligible hydroponic tower structures sold through our website.
This Warranty Policy explains the scope of the voluntary warranty, covered circumstances, exclusions and claim procedures.
Customers are advised to read this policy carefully before purchasing and installing a hydroponic tower.
2. Scope of Warranty
The voluntary warranty offered by Vertical Hydro Farms applies exclusively to the hydroponic tower structure.
The warranty is limited to the tower itself and does not extend to individual components, accessories, electrical equipment, consumables or other supplied parts.
The tower structure is the only product category covered by our voluntary warranty.
3. Warranty Coverage
The voluntary warranty is intended to address qualifying physical damage to the tower structure that is established to have occurred during transportation or delivery.
Examples include:
- Tower sections arriving broken during delivery.
- Tower sections arriving cracked due to transportation impact.
- Structural breakage identified upon receipt.
- Other verifiable physical damage to the tower structure occurring before delivery to the customer.
All claims are subject to verification and the applicable warranty period.
4. Items and Components Not Covered
No separate voluntary warranty is provided for individual parts, components or accessories supplied with the tower.
The following are excluded from the company’s voluntary warranty:

- Pipes and tubing.
- Connectors and fittings.
- Net pots.
- Coco discs and growing media.
- Seeds.
- Nutrient solutions.
- Electrical accessories.

- Other accessories or consumables.
The absence of a voluntary warranty on these items does not remove any statutory consumer protection rights applicable to defective or non-conforming goods.
5. Customer-Inflicted Damage
Damage caused by customer actions after delivery is not covered by the voluntary warranty.
This includes:
5.1 Drilling and Additional Holes
Any holes drilled or cut into the tower structure by the customer, including additional planting holes or modifications, are excluded.
5.2 Cutting and Structural Modification
Cutting, reshaping, bending or otherwise modifying the original tower structure is excluded.
5.3 Physical Breakage
Breakage resulting from accidental dropping, impact, excessive force, mishandling or improper assembly after delivery is excluded.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Replacement of the affected tower structure.
- Replacement of the affected tower section, where appropriate.
- Another mutually agreed resolution.
The remedy will be determined based on the nature of the damage, product availability and applicable law.
